How do I book a tour?

You can book online through our ticket shop.

Can tickets be exchanged or refunded?

No, unfortunately not.

Where can I park?

The Keerdok public parking is just a five-minute walk from Het Anker. If it happens to be full, the Tinel public parking is a ten-minute walk away.

How long does the tour last?

The duration of the tour depends on the group size, but on average, it takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Can I visit the brewery without a guide?

No, as a working brewery, we don’t allow visitors without a guide.

Are dogs allowed?

No, dogs are not permitted during the tour.

How early should I arrive?

We recommend arriving ten minutes before the tour begins, allowing time for parking. Unfortunately, if you’re late, we won’t be able to let you join the group.

Do I need to be in a group to visit the brewery?

No, you can also join a tour as an individual during specific times, both on weekdays and weekends.

I want a private tour. How many people do I need to bring?

For a private tour, you’ll need at least ten people on weekdays and 25 on weekends. Groups can depart with a maximum of 50 people per hour.

How accessible is the tour?

We're proud to operate from this historic location, unfortunately the brewery and distillery buildings aren’t suitable for those with mobility issues, wheelchair users, or those with buggies. However, the restaurant and brewery shop are fully accessible.
