When are the rooms available?
Rooms are ready from 15:00. However, you can check in earlier and leave your luggage at reception. After 21:00, a late check-in procedure applies, which you’ll receive by email once you’ve booked.
What parking options are available?
The hotel has a limited number of parking spaces that must be booked in advance for an additional fee. The Keerdok public parking is just a five-minute walk away, and there’s a short-stay parking zone right in front of the brewery.
Can I charge my electric vehicle?
Not at the hotel, but the Keerdok public parking offers a dedicated floor for charging electric vehicles.
How far is the walk to Mechelen city centre?
It’s about a ten-minute walk.
Do the rooms have air conditioning?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Can you cater to specific breakfast needs (e.g., gluten-free)?
Yes, we can. Please let us know your requirements when you book.
Are pets allowed at the hotel?
Yes, pets are welcome for an additional fee. However, they are not permitted on the brewery tour.

Yes, we have a covered bike storage area. It’s not locked during the day, but it is secured overnight.
What's the difference between a twin room and a double room?
A twin room features two separate mattresses and duvets, while a double room has one large mattress and a single duvet.
When is the hotel closed each year?
The hotel closes on December the 24th, 25th, and 31st, as well as on January 1st.
What are the breakfast hours?
Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 09:30 on weekdays, from 08:00 to 10:30 on weekends, and from 07:00 to 10:30 daily during July and August.
