Gouden Carolus Indulgence is a series of limited beers that are released annually with varying contents.
 

Symposium, derived from the Greek symposion (συμπόσιον), literally means “drinking together.” Originally, it described a convivial gathering where people came together to exchange ideas, engage in discussion, and enjoy the moment. This beer was born in that same spirit: a double fermentation using the yeasts of Gouden Carolus and Delirium Tremens, symbolising the union of the two breweries.

It’s perfect as an aperitif, or with mild cheeses and shellfish.
