Every year on November 23rd, we launch a Gouden Carolus Anniversary Edition whisky in honor of the first whisky release by Brewery & Distillery Het Anker. Each edition undergoes an initial maturation in a mix of Bourbon and Anker casks, followed by a finish in uniquely selected barrels. The result is always surprising and distinctive.
