Belgian Single Malt whisky
Blaasveld Broek refers to the beautiful nature reserve Het Broek next to Distillery De Molenberg in Blaasveld, where peat (dried bog) has been harvested for centuries, originally used for drying malted barley. Gouden Carolus Blaasveld Broek is distilled from a specially crafted brew using peated malt. This imparts a gentle smoky note, combined with full-bodied aromas of oak and vanilla.
