The brasserie at the brewery guarantees a unique taste experience. You will find delicious dishes with appropriate beers. Some of these dishes are also prepared with beer. Be sure to try the Flemish beef stew with Gouden Carolus Classic. The beers are available in bottles and on draught. The brasserie is open daily from 10.00 am, the kitchen from 12.00 am.
