Brussels Abbey Beer, refreshing and richly hopped, is re-fermented in the bottle. The dry-hopping technique used imparts a prominent aroma from the selected hops. Wakatu and Simcoe hops contribute a tropical fragrance, resulting in a passion fruit finish.
Both La Cambre beers bear the "Recognized Belgian Abbey Beer" label. This signifies a tangible connection to the abbey site, where beer was historically brewed. It also guarantees that the abbey receives a contribution for every beer consumed, which can be used to support charitable causes or maintain the historic abbey buildings.
